About these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the RoleChamp mobile app and website. By creating an account or using any part of the RoleChamp service, you agree to these terms.

What RoleChamp provides
RoleChamp is a career support platform that helps frontline workers build CVs, find jobs, and stay employed through their first 90 days. The service includes:
- CV building and ATS optimisation tools
- A daily job matching feed sourced from third-party job listing providers
- Walk-in application packets for specific venues
- A 90-day career coaching programme
RoleChamp is a tools-based service. We do not act as a recruitment agency and do not represent employers or candidates in any employment arrangement. Use of RoleChamp does not create any employment relationship between you and RoleChamp.
Age requirement
RoleChamp is intended for users aged 18 and over. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. RoleChamp suspends or terminates accounts that contain false or misleading information.
Your content
You own your data. The information you enter into RoleChamp — including your work history, CV content, and coaching responses — belongs to you. By using RoleChamp, you grant us a limited licence to process and store your content solely to provide the service. We do not sell your content. We do not use your content to train AI models. When you delete your account, we delete your content within 14 days.
You are responsible for reviewing any CV or document generated by RoleChamp before using it. While we do our best to produce accurate output, you should verify the content is accurate before submitting it to any employer.
Subscriptions and billing
RoleChamp offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Subscription fees are charged in Australian dollars (AUD). Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings, or in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions if you subscribed there.
Career Coach billing: Your first coaching session is free. After your free session, continued access to Career Coach requires an active subscription at $29.99/month, charged through Apple. Cancel any time through your Apple subscription settings.
For the Apple App Store, all refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. For Google Play, refunds follow Google Play policy. RoleChamp does not process refunds directly.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including any guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Cancelling your subscription
Cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → RoleChamp → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
If you subscribed through Google Play, open the Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → RoleChamp → Cancel subscription.
Acceptable use
You must not use RoleChamp to:
- Provide false or misleading information on your CV or in your profile
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the service
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its data
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Intellectual property
All content, design, and technology within RoleChamp — including the name, logo, copy, and software — is owned by RoleChamp and protected by Australian intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
Disclaimers
RoleChamp provides tools to help you present your experience and find relevant job opportunities. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview success, or job placement. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your circumstances and market conditions.
Job listings are sourced from third-party providers. RoleChamp does not verify the accuracy or availability of individual listings and is not responsible for the conduct of employers.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, RoleChamp's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the service is limited to the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. RoleChamp suspends or terminates your account if you breach these terms, with or without notice.
On termination, your access to the service ceases. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We update these Terms of Use when the service or our legal obligations change. We notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of RoleChamp after the updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The courts of Victoria have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under these terms.
